Due to the recent ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) ruling regarding tenant Fees,

All Prospective tenants interested in renting a property through Sellers Estates will need to be aware of the following pre-tenancy costs due prior to the commencement of a tenancy:

ADMINISTRATION CHARGE:
For the preparation of all paper work including the drafting and execution of the tenancy agreement
 
Single Occupancy:              £240.00 inc
Multiple occupancy:            £120.00 inc per applicant

CREDIT REFERENCE CHARGES:
£60.00 inc per tenant/guarantor to cover the cost of the referencing application.
 
RESERVATION FEE:
A non refundable preliminary holding deposit of £500 is to be paid per tenancy on agreement of an offer, this fee does not constitute an acceptance of the applicant(s) by the owner or agency, this fee is payable as confirmation that all parties wish to enter negotiations this fee is refundable should the landlord withdraw from these negotiations however is non refundable should the applicant withdraw.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Prior to the tenancy or upon signing of the tenancy agreement you will be required to pay equivalent to one calendar month or equivalent to six weeks rent in the form of cleared funds

RENEWAL AGREEMENT FEE:
The Applicant will be liable for an administration charge of £120.00 inc for the preparation of any documents in relation to each and every renewal or extension of the tenancy.
 
INVENTORY/CHECK OUT :
The inventory and check out costs vary dependent on the size of the property and further details of these can be supplied upon request prior to viewing.

Guarantor :
Upon receiving your application and supporting documents, it may be required for you to provide a guarantor the cost of the preparation of these documents including the execution of such shall be £180.00 inc
